summer season on beautiful Martha's Vineyard.
The
Clambake-to-Go
is so easy anyone can do it .. you can do the final cooking for this deliciously different party
menu option.
Preparing
this wonderful, aromatic, clambake meal for your guests is a simple
matter of heating the chowder and cooking the pot containing all the
other wonderful food for about 30 minutes.
It's as simple
as boiling water!!
YOU PICK UP your ready-to-cook clambake set from our kitchen at the
Airport Business Park a few hours before your guests are scheduled
to arrive. This includes a gas burner for cooking your
Clambake to Go outside, paper plates and plastic cutlery, bibs, wet
naps,
napkins. We even provide you with a chowder ladle, lobster
crackers and, of course, the great clambake food you see on the
menu to your right.
When
you arrive to pick up your delightful clambake-to-go, one of our
experienced cooks will explain exactly how to prepare this perfect
party meal.
BECAUSE you are cooking it yourself,
there is no
Massachusetts Meals tax (5 percent) and
there is no
catering service charges.
Instead of the minimum 15 Adults for weekdays and 20 Adults for Fridays
through Sundays and/or holidays
that is required for one of our Casual Catered Clambakes, we can provide
you a Clambake-to-Go for as few as SIX persons -- at a savings of
almost 40 percent per person on what a catered clambake would cost.
