| 1. | Study for and pass the ServSafe Food Safety certification program
with a score of 85 or higher. Examinations held in early June 2009 Go to http://www.servsafe.org for details. |
| 2. | Learn to prepare standard menu food products and package them for delivery to catering sites or frozen storage. |
| 3. | Maintain the kitchen and storage areas in a clean, sanitary and health-inspection ready condition at all times. Oversee other catering staff when they are utilizing the kitchen. Make sure they clean up after the use. |
| 4. | Clean and scrub pots and pans, utensils and surfaces as needed. |
| 5. | Assist in prepping and loading vehicles for catering events (requires ability to lift and carry weight of up to 50 pounds without injury). |
| 6. | Backup help on catered clambakes when required. |
| WAGES: | Nine Dollars ($9.00) per hour for up to 40 hours per week. Twelve Dollars ($12.00) per hour for overtime. |
| HOURS: | Variable as conditions require. Workdays variable as conditions require. This is seasonal work from the June through September. |
