Duties
1. Study for and pass the ServSafe Food Safety certification program with a score of 85 or higher. Examinations held in early June 2009

2. Learn to prepare standard menu food products and package them for delivery to catering sites or frozen storage.
3. Maintain the kitchen and storage areas in a clean, sanitary and health-inspection ready condition at all times.  Oversee other catering staff when they are utilizing the kitchen.  Make sure they clean up after the use.
4. Clean and scrub pots and pans, utensils and surfaces as needed.
5. Assist in prepping and loading vehicles for catering events (requires ability to lift and carry weight of up to 50 pounds without injury).
6. Backup help on catered clambakes when required.
Wages and Hours
WAGES: Nine Dollars ($9.00) per hour for up to 40 hours per week.  Twelve Dollars ($12.00) per hour for overtime. 
HOURS:  Variable as conditions require.  Workdays variable as conditions require. This is seasonal work from the June through September.
