OUR MINIMUM CHARGE for a Full-service Clambake is equal to 30 adult guests
We can serve fewer but MUST charge the minimum.
For parties of 30 or more, charge is per plate. All entrées are the same price.
The Full-service Clambake is designed for wedding receptions, upscale business events, special birthday anniversaries (50th etc.) and other such events. FOR FAMILY AND FRIEND GET TOGETHERS, WE RECOMMEND THE CASUAL CATERED option.
A Full-service events assumes you will be renting tables, chairs, linens, ceramic dishware and metal cutlery. We provide staff to set up tables, lay linens and table settings and to bus, rinse and repack all items for pick up by the rental company on the following day.
