After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you provide images for the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We do not share your data with any outside parties (Reservation, Estimate forms). Comments from our Kudos and Brickbats form are published on the web site.
How long we retain your data
We retain the information in your Reservation, Estimate forms indefinitely. Comment forms are retained for approximately a year. Our Website administrators can see and edit that information. Credit card information taken by telephone is retained for approximately 30 days after the event date unless there is a dispute, then it may be retained indefinitely and may be shared for legal purposes.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you after one year, except if there is a on-going dispute. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
