The Full-service Clambake
We designed the Full-service Clambake for those occasions where elegant sophistication is important, such as WEDDING RECEPTIONS, SPECIAL ANNIVERSARIES, and VERY IMPORTANT BUSINESS MEETINGS.
Full-service events are usually hosted under a tent or in an event hall
Food Service is always Buffet Style
Our Full-service meals are served as a buffet, which lets your guests choose what and how much they want from our cornucopia of offerings.
Let us know if you have any special dishes that you want to add to the buffet.
You will need to rent or otherwise provide ceramic platters or glass fish plates for the food (standard dinner plates are too small for a clambake meal), metal cutlery, glassware and linen napkins for your guests.
We do not plate and serve the tables, but our staff do bus the tables and regularly replace full shell buckets (lobster and shellfish shells), refill water glasses and constantly replenish the buffet with hot food.
Please let us know if you want staff to refill wine glasses so we can be sure to have sufficient extra staff on hand.
Our famous and delicious, light-base Clam Chowder is your appetizer. It is based on a unique recipe that originated on the Island many decades ago.

Your guests have a choice of Maine Lobster, Herb-roasted Chicken or a Vegetarian dish together with a selection of Mussels and Clams, sweet Corn-on-the-cob, Red Bliss Potatoes, Mixed Salad or Coleslaw, Rolls and Butter and, of course, melted butter and lemon wedges for your seafood.

We serve Watermelon, which is the classic Clambake dessert for a clambake. We also have several optional desserts available. Or you can ask us if we can provide something of your choice.
